Our moonshine still comes with a rectifying tower, along with ceramic balls, allowing the higher-purity wine vapor to enter the cooling device, thereby eliminating impurities. The external condensation and in-tube condensation can be achieved simultaneously and provide a better cooling effect, while the built-in coiled tube enjoys a larger contact area with the water coolant. An additional circulating pump is available to ensure an expedited water flow of the condensate circulation.

The flowing water enters through the lower inlet and drains from the upper outlet. The thermometer included can monitor the temperature in real-time.

The gauze bags, SUS steamer, and exhaust valve save you a lot of trouble in the fermentation process. And a vinometer kit is also available. Efficient Condensation Treatment: This moonshine still adopts the stainless steel coiled tubes with rapid thermal conductivity assuring promising cooling performance, together with a large contact area with the coolant, providing a rather low temperature of distilled product. Also, during the condensation process, additional water circulating pump facilitates the expedited water flow of the condensing agent. Complete Set of Accessories: The whiskey making kit comes with a thermometer (0-150°C / 32-302°F) for easy monitoring of real-time alcohol temperature.

A one-way air evacuation valve is included as well, and 2/3 of the water is added to it to help release air when fermenting the grain (the gas can only get out).
